- 1 cup raw cashews
- 4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
PT:

Since we’re not vegan, but mostly vegetarian, this is the type of substitution we don’t normally need to attempt, but it sounds intriguing. Thank you.

I’ve always thought vegan cheese recipes looks so ‘scary’, but this one looks super doable! Thanks for sharing!
I know what you mean, I used the thing the same… But the true is there are really simple and tasty ways to make different vegan cheeses. If you want I can email you another recipe that is not in my blog yet for melted cheese.. its really delicious, perfect to spread on bread, to use on pastas, pizzas… 😉
Yum!!

Yum! I’ve never tried to make my own, I always grab the Follow Your Heart stuff. Gets expensive though!
Hi Jessica, you should try to do it!! Its incredible easy and delicious, and personally I do prefere this one that the parmesan from follow your heart, not to mention that is much cheaper 😉 doing the recipe costs less than £2 at least here in the UK 😉 thanks for passing by
Gotta try this recipe! We’re both currently on the hunt for some tasty dairy-free cheese options and haven’t had much luck with store brands yet.
You just found it 🙂 this Parmesan is amazing
I would like to press LIKE twenty more times.
You are so sweet ?
I do the same but with almonds instead of cashews! 😉
Never tried with almonds I always use cashews because has a neutral flavor but I will try next time with almonds 🙂 do you do the other ingredients in the same proportion ?
Actually, I use more nutritional yeast (125ml instead of 60!) but same for the almonds/cashews and salt.
Will try your way 😉 thanks
Olá! Onde a Ana compra a levedura nutricional aqui em Portugal? Ou compra-a on-line? Obrigada!
