This vegan chocolate chia mousse it’s a great dessert. Delicious, healthy and easy to prepare.
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 + 1/2 cup vegetal milk (or water)
- 2 tablespoon any nut butter
- 1/4 cup sugar (or any liquid sweetener)
Place the chia seeds into a blender and blend in high-speed until powdered.
Add the other ingredients to the ground chia and blend on high speed until you have a great smooth texture.
Adjust sweetness and texture if needed. Serve and enjoy.
Stores well for up to 4 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
PT:
- 1/2 caneca de sementes de chia
- 2 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó
- 1 + 1/2 caneca de leite vegetal (ou água)
- 2 colheres de sopa de uma qualquer manteiga de frutos secos
- 1/4 caneca de açúcar (ou um qualquer adoçante líquido)
Colocar as sementes de chia num liquidificador e triturar completamente as sementes.
Adicionar todos os ingredientes à chia em pó e triturar tudo no liquidificador até se obter uma textura cremosa.
Ajustar o doce e a textura caso necessário. Servir e desfrutar.
Dá para guardar por até 4 dias no frigorifico.
