This Recipe of Vegan Chickpea Cookie Dough only has 6 ingredients and takes 5 minutes to throw together. This edible cookie dough is sweet and delicious, perfect to eat it by the spoon full or dip it with your favorite snacks.
- 1 cup of chickpeas, (or 1 can)
- ½ cup peanut butter (or other)
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- ~4-5 tbsp maple syrup (or other)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- dark chocolate chips to taste (~100g)
Put in a food processor all the ingredients together (less the chocolate chips) until the mixture is smooth.
Add the chocolate chips and mix. Transfer the dough to a serving bowl and chill for 1- 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Eat it as it is with a spoon or use as a dip to eat with fruit, celery, toast, crackers, bread, rice cookies, etc.

- 1 caneca de grão de bico, (ou 1 lata)
- ½ caneca de manteiga de amendoim (ou outra)
- 2 colheres de sopa de extrato de baunilha
- ~ 4-5 colheres de sopa de xarope de bordo (ou outro)
- 1 colher de chá de canela
- pepitas de chocolate preto a gosto (~ 100g)
Colocar num processador de alimentos todos os ingredientes juntos (menos as pepitas de chocolate) até que a mistura esteja cremosa.
Adicionar as pepitas de chocolate e envolver na massa. Transferir a massa para uma tigela e levar ao frigorifico por 1-2 horas.
Comer como à colherada ou com frutas, aipo, torradas, bolachas, pão, bolachas de arroz, etc.
