Did a cake with bananas and strawberries today and turned out to be delicious, and its super easy to make.
- 100g coconut oil
- 1tbsp dark sugar
- 8 dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 medium ripe bananas
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- ½ cup of coconut milk
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 280g of strawberries
Preheat your oven to 180ºC.
Place the coconut oil, sugar and the dates together in a bowl and using an food processor, cream ingredients together. Add the vanilla extract, baking soda, bananas, milk and flour next. When the mixture is well combined, add the chopped strawberries and gently fold through.
Place in oven and bake for 30/40 minutes or until the cake is cooked. Allow cake to cool, and serve, this cake is very moist.
PT: Fiz hoje um bolo com bananas e morangos e ficou delicioso, e é super fácil de fazer.
- óleo de coco 100g
- 1 c. sopa de açúcar mascavado
- 8 tâmaras
- 1 c. de chá extrato de baunilha
- 3 bananas médias maduras
- 1 c. de chá de fermento
- ½ caneca de leite de coco
- 2 canecas de farinha com fermento
- 280g de morangos
Pré-aquecer o forno a 180C .
Juntar o óleo de coco, açúcar e as tâmaras num processador de alimentos e triturar até obter um creme. Adicionar os restantes ingredientes, com excepção dos morangos e misturar bem. Adicionar os morangos cortados em quartos e envolver gentilmente na massa.
Colocar no forno e cozer por 30/40 minutos ou até que esteja cozido. O bolo é muito húmido.
Deixar arrefecer e servir.
