
Because, the weather is getting warmer, what’s better than an Ice-cream? a 1-ingredient, creamy, super quick, easy, vegan and guilty-free ice-cream 🙂
- Ripe bananas (the quantity is up to you)
Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces, and freeze it for at least 3 hours (ideally overnight). Process the frozen bananas until you have a creamy texture.
If you feel creative add some peanut butter, chocolate chips, nuts, cocoa powder, cinnamon, mint leaves, dates, coffee, seeds .. let me know if you have had tried other combinations!!
You can even add other fruits, this time I added Blackberry, Raspberry, Blackcurrant, and Redcurrant to the bananas using the same process, freeze, blend, freeze, eat 😀

Começar por descascar e cortar as bananas às rodelas e congelar por pelo menos 3 horas.
Colocar as bananas congeladas num processador de alimentos ou num bom liquidificador e triturar na velocidade máxima até que a mistura fique cremosa e suave.
Comer simples ou adicionar novos sabores e/ou frutas, como manteiga de amendoim, pepitas de chocolate, nozes, cacau em pó, canela, folhas de hortelã, tâmaras, café, sementes, morangos, frutos vermelhos etc …
