Here’s how to make a delicious raw vegan ice cream.
- 3 ripe bananas (to be frozen)
- 2 Tbs date caramel
- 1 handful of granola (better if homemade)
- 1/4 small beetroot
Start by cutting and freezing the banana.
Place the frozen bananas and the beetroot in a powerful blender or a food processor and pulse to combine until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Add then the caramel and the granola and involve gently.
Feel free to add or swap the ingredients (but not the banana) to put the flavours and fruits you want. The process is always the same and works well with everything 🙂

- 3 bananas maduras (para congelar)
- 2 colheres de sopa de caramelo de tâmaras
- 1 punhado de granola (melhor se caseira)
- 1/4 de beterraba (pequena)
Começar por cortar a bananas às rodelas e congelar.
Colocar as bananas congeladas e a beterraba num processador ou num bom liquidificador e triturar na velocidade máxima até que a mistura fique cremosa e suave.
