Flourless Coconut Cookies (bolachinhas de c么co sem farinha)

These Flourless Coconut Cookies are absolutely delicious, they combine the sweet caramel of dates, with the nutritional rich cashews to the healthy coconut omegas.

They are easy to make and only have 5 simple wholesome ingredients. Making it a perfect snack.

These healthy Flourless Coconut Cookies are vegan, gluten-free and packed with goodness.

  • 1 cup shredded coconut _聽toasted*
  • 1+1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate (chips or a chopped bar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
* How to toast coconut

Place a small frying pan over medium-low heat and add the coconut. Stir聽all the way聽through聽the process, until the coconut begins to turn light golden brown. Then remove the coconut to a bowl or plate to cool.

Alternately, you can toast the coconut in the oven.

How to make the coconut cookies

Place the dates in the food processor, and process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides. Then add the cashews and pulse until the mixture is combined.

Add the toasted coconut and pulse until starts to form a ball of dough.

Remove the dough from the food processor, roll the mixture into small balls, and flatten with your hands,聽shaping into a round cookie.

Using a chopstick poke a hole in the middle of each cookie.

Place the cookies on a sheet lined with parchment or a silicone mat and put it in the freezer to harden up a bit, while you prepare the chocolate.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil and drizzle the tops of the cookies using a spoon.聽Place in the fridge for a few minutes to set.

Colocar o c么co numa frigideira em lume m茅dio-baixo e ir mexendo at茅 que comece a ficar douradinho. Neste ponto retirar o c么co do lume e transferir para uma tigela ou prato.聽

Em alternativa, pode-se torrar o c么co no forno.

Como fazer as bolachinhas de c么co聽

Colocar as t芒maras no processador de alimentos e processar at茅 que fique homog锚neo, parando para raspar as paredes laterais se necess谩rio.聽

Adicionar os cajus e pulsar at茅 que a mistura esteja combinada. De seguida, adicionar o c么co torrado e pulsar at茅 come莽ar a formar uma bola de massa.

Retirar a massa do processador de alimentos, rolar a mistura em pequenas bolas e achatar com a m茫o, moldando um biscoito redondo.

Usando um pauzinho chin锚s, fazer um buraco no meio de cada biscoito.

Colocar as bolachinhas num tabuleiro forrado com papel manteiga ou folha num tapete de silicone. Colocar no para endurecerem um pouco, enquanto se prepara o chocolate.

Derreter o chocolate no microondas com o 贸leo de c么co e com uma colher decorar as bolachinhas com o chocolate.

Colocar no frigorifico por alguns minutos para solidificar o chocolate.

Chocolate Bliss Balls using a whole coconut (bolinhas energ茅ticas de chocolate com c么co)

These Chocolate and Coconut Bliss Balls are a raw vegan snack filled with protein and energy, packed only with real and nutritious ingredients. Perfect to nibble on-the-go.

  • 1 whole coconut
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup granola (with fruits and nuts)
  • 1 cup mixed聽almond and聽hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or other)
  • 1/3 cup cacao

Preparing the coconut:

Well to start look for聽聽locate the 3 鈥榚yes鈥 on the coconut.聽 They are easy to pierce with a screwdriver, nail, or something else. 聽Tap carefully 2 of the holes, and then drain the coconut water over a small bowl.聽 Strain the liquid through a fine sieve or cheesecloth and drink it, you deserver it 馃檪

Now that you have an emptied coconut, you need to crack it. Then get聽coconut 鈥榤eat鈥 out of the shell with a blunt knife. Then use a vegetable peeler or a knife to remove the brown skin and voil脿.

Preparing the聽bliss balls:

Put the coconut pieces in a powerful food processor and process for a minute at full speed. Add all the other ingredients and聽blend together for another minute or so聽until creamy

Wet your hand lightly and form small balls with the dough. 聽Leave it as it is or roll them in coconut flakes or cocoa powder.

Store the bliss balls in a glass container 聽in fridge for a week or freezer for a couple months.

Furar 2 dos 3 olhos; despejar a 谩gua num copo e beber 聽馃檪

Com um martelo ou contra uma pedra no jardim partir o c么co. Com uma faca de barrar manteiga, inserir a l芒mina entre a parte branca e a casca.

Com um descascados ou faca afiada descascar o c么co.

Preparar as bolinhas:

Colocar os peda莽os de c么co num processador de alimentos por um minuto a toda velocidade. Adicione todos os outros ingredientes e misture por mais um minuto ou at茅 ficar cremoso.

Humedecer as m茫o com 谩gua e moldar pequenas bolas com a massa.

Deixar as bolinhas assim ou rol谩-las em cacau em p贸.

Armazenar num recipiente de vidro no frigorifico por uma semana ou congelar por alguns meses.

Vegan Hazelnut Mousse ( mousse de avel茫 vegana)

This super easy vegan chocolate hazelnut mousse recipe has a wonderful flavor and texture. Give it a spin, you won’t be disappointed.

  • 2/3cup聽(100g)聽hazelnuts
  • 1/3 cup (20g) shredded coconut
  • 戮 cup (150g) sugar
  • 陆 cup (120ml) hot water
  • 1 cup (85g) oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • chopped hazelnuts for garnish
  • shredded coconut to serve as a base聽

Add the hot water and sugar to your blender and blend in high speed for 3 minutes. Then add the oats, coconut, cinnamon, hazelnuts and blend for 2 more minutes. The times will depend on the power of your blender.

Divide the mousse into serving cups.聽Pour a base of shredded coconut, top with聽the hazelnut mousse and garnish with coarsely chopped hazelnuts.

  • 陆 caneca (120ml) 谩gua quente
  • 1 caneca (85g) de aveia

Colocar o a莽煤car com a 谩gua quente numa liquidificadora por聽3 minutos em pot锚ncia m谩xima. Acrescentar a aveia, c么co, canela, e avel茫s e liquidificar por mais 2 minutos. Os tempos dependem da pot锚ncia da liquidificadora.

Servir em doses individuais, com c么co ralado na base e cobrir com a mouse. Decorar com pedacinhos de avel茫.
