- 4 sweet pointed peppers (halved lengthways through the stalk and deseeded)
- extra-virgin to drizzle
- hummus (recipe here – ?)
- chopped oreganos
Preheat the oven to 180C, put the peppers on a baking tray and leave in the oven for about 20 minutes, until softened. Fill the peppers with the hummus, top with oreganos and serve.

- orégãos picados
Pré-aquecer o forno a 180 ° C, colocar os pimentões no forno por cerca de 20 minutos, até ficarem macios. Rechear com hummus, polvilhar com oreganos e servir.
