This is a super easy and delicious recipe, perfect for a snack attack.
- 1 cup oats
- 5 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup dates, (soaked in 1/2 cup water if needed)
- 5 tbsp water (use the water your dates were soaked in)
- 2 tbsp penut butter
- 3 tbsp flaxseeds (ground)
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. If the mixture is not sticky enough add more water or a couple of extra dates. Press into a glass container until it’s well compacted, remove from the container carefully and then cut into squares.
TIPS: use cashew nut butter, almond butter, tahini or any nut butter really and swap any other ingredients if you feel exceptionally decadent, I leave that up to you!
PT:
this looks amazing!
