Oat Cookies (bolachas de aveia) – 3 Ingredients

369_lrg-800x390First of all this recipe only has 3 ingredients, second is healthy and delicious and third easy to do.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of quick oats
  • handful of raisins
  • cinnamon (optional)

Mash two bananas in a bowl, add a cup of oats and a handful of raisins. Place small scoops of this dough in a baking tray  and bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.

TIPS: instead of raisins use chocolate chips, coconut flakes, seeds, nuts, dates, etc.

PT– Esta receita têm apenas 3 ingredientes é saudável, deliciosa e rápida  

  • 2 bananas maduras 
  • 1 chávena de aveia
  • mão cheia de passas
  • canela (opcional)

Esmagar duas bananas numa taça, acrescentar uma chávena de flocos de aveia e uma mão cheia de passas. Coloque pequenas quantidades desta massa num tabuleiro forrado com papel manteiga e levar ao forno a 180º C durante cerca de 15 minutos.

DICAS: em vez das passas usar pepitas de chocolate, flocos de coco, sementes, tâmaras frutos secos, etc..
