First of all this recipe only has 3 ingredients, second is healthy and delicious and third easy to do.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of quick oats
- handful of raisins
- cinnamon (optional)
Mash two bananas in a bowl, add a cup of oats and a handful of raisins. Place small scoops of this dough in a baking tray and bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
TIPS: instead of raisins use chocolate chips, coconut flakes, seeds, nuts, dates, etc.

- mão cheia de passas
- canela (opcional)
Esmagar duas bananas numa taça, acrescentar uma chávena de flocos de aveia e uma mão cheia de passas. Coloque pequenas quantidades desta massa num tabuleiro forrado com papel manteiga e levar ao forno a 180º C durante cerca de 15 minutos.
DICAS: em vez das passas usar pepitas de chocolate, flocos de coco, sementes, tâmaras frutos secos, etc..
