- 400g kale (stems removed)
- 1 red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
- 2 flax eggs
- 3tbsp wholemeal flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp curry
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 3 tbsp olive oil for frying
Add all ingredients to a food processor, and pulse until well mixed and finely chopped but still with a little texture. The mixture will be very mushy.
In a wok or a non-stick pan, heat some olive oil and cook small a amounts of the mixture for 1-2 minutes on each side.

- 400g de couve (hastes removidas)
- 1 cebola roxa
- 1/4 chávena de salsa picada (opcional)
- 2 ovos de linhaça
- 3 c. sopa de farinha integral
- sal e pimenta a gosto
- 1 c.de chá de alho em pó
- 2 c. chá de caril
- 1 c. chá de paprika fumada
- 1/2 c. chá de piri-piri
- 1/2 c. de chá de noz-moscada
- 3 colheres de sopa de azeite para fritar
Adiciona todos os ingredientes num liquidificador e processar até estarem bem misturados e finamente picados, mas ainda com um pouco de textura. A mistura fica bastante mole.
Num wok ou frigideira anti-aderente aquecer um pouco de azeite e cozinhar pequenas quantidades da mistura durante 1-2 minutos de cada lado.
