This is a really simple method for pizza dough and a great place to start if you’ve never made your own pizza from the scratch.
- 200 g water
- 5g granulated yeast (instant or regular)
- 50g olive oil
- 200 g regular plain flour
- 200 g wholemeal floul
- 2 tsp. salt
Put the water, olive oil and salt into the Thermomix bowl and mix for 1 minute /37°C/speed 2. Add yeast and the flour and Knead dough for 2 minutes on interval speed
Add toppings of choice and bake in a hot oven at about 180ºC for about 15 -20 minutes.
PT:
- 200 g água
- 50 g azeite
- 2 c. chá de sal
- 200 g farinha
- 200g farinha integral
- 5 g fermento de padeiro seco
Colocar no copo a água, o azeite, o sal e aquecer por 1 min/37°C/vel 2.
Adicione a farinha, o fermento e amassar por 2 min/vel. espiga. Retire e deixe a massa levedar num local morno até dobrar de volume (aproximadamente 30-60 minutos).
Numa superfície polvilhada com farinha dividir a massa a meio para fazer duas pizzas grandes e deixar repousar por mais 10 minutos. Com um rolo de cozinha estender a massa para que fique fina e rechear com os ingredientes que se quiser. Levar ao forno pré-aquecido por 10-15 minutos.

I did my own tomato sauce (can send you de recipe if you want) and put courgette, peppers(red and green), onion, oregano,garlic , sun dried tomato and the ingredients you said! 🙂
