Homemade thermomix Wholemeal Pizza dough (massa de pizza integral na bimby)

This is a really simple method for pizza dough and a great place to start if you’ve never made your own pizza from the scratch.

  • 200 g water
  • 5g granulated yeast (instant or regular)
  • 50g olive oil
  • 200 g  regular plain flour
  • 200 g  wholemeal floul
  • 2 tsp. salt

Put the  water, olive oil and salt into the Thermomix bowl and mix for 1 minute /37°C/speed 2. Add yeast and the flour and Knead dough for 2 minutes on interval speed Teigstufe.  Remove dough, form into a ball, and place into a slightly greased bowl or baking mat to rise till doubled (about 30-60 minutes). Divide dough in half for two large pizzas and allow dough to rest for 10 minutes and then form into pizza shape using a rolling pin before fitting it to the baking pan or pizza stone.

Add toppings of choice and bake in a hot oven at about 180ºC for about 15 -20 minutes.


  • 200 g água
  • 50 g azeite
  • 2 c. chá de sal
  • 200 g farinha
  • 200g farinha integral
  • 5 g fermento de padeiro seco

Colocar no copo a água, o azeite, o sal e aquecer por 1 min/37°C/vel 2.

Adicione a farinha, o fermento e amassar  por 2 min/vel. espiga. Retire e deixe a massa levedar num local morno até dobrar de volume (aproximadamente 30-60 minutos).

Numa superfície polvilhada com farinha dividir a massa a meio para fazer duas pizzas grandes e deixar repousar por mais 10 minutos. Com um rolo de cozinha estender a massa para que fique fina e rechear com os ingredientes que se quiser. Levar ao forno pré-aquecido por 10-15 minutos.

    What were the toppings of your choice? Any sauce? I must make this, thanks! I see tomato, avocado, sunflower seeds, basil.

      I did my own tomato sauce (can send you de recipe if you want) and put courgette, peppers(red and green), onion, oregano,garlic , sun dried tomato and the ingredients you said! 🙂
