Easy, quick, delicious and healthy, is everything that these banana oatmeal cookies are. Every time I’m craving something sweet, this is my answer, because is just so easy to prepare and deliciously healthy.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of quick oats
- 6 dates sliced
- 1 tbsp organic cocoa powder
- 6 dried apricots sliced
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 4 dried figs sliced
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Mash the bananas in a bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix well. Place small scoops of the dough on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

- 2 bananas maduras
- 1 caneca de aveia
- 6 tâmaras cortadas finamente
- 1 c. sopa de cacao organico em pó
- 4 figos secos cortados finamente
- 1 c. sopa de côco ralado
- 6 damascos secos cortados finamente
- 1 c. sopa de sementes de linhaça
- 1 c. sopa de sementes de abóbora
Esmagar as bananas numa taça, acrescentar todos os outros ingredientes e envolver bem. Colocar pequenas quantidades desta massa num tabuleiro forrado com papel manteiga ou um tapete de silicone e levar ao forno a 180º C durante cerca de 15 minutos.
