1 Chia egg:
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 3 Tbsp Water (hot)
Grind the chia seeds, transfer it to a small bowl and add the hot water (not boiling). Stir together and store in the fridge to rest for a few minutes (~5)
PT:
1 Ovo de chia:
- 1 colher de sopa de semente de chia
- 3 colheres de sopa de água (quente)
Triturar as sementes de chia, transferi-las para uma tigela pequena e adicionar a água quente (não a ferver). Mexer bem e guardar no frigorifico para descansar por alguns minutos (~5)
