(for 1 person)
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 ripe kiwi
- fresh toasted nuts
- 3 tbsp vegan vanilla soya custard (+ 3 tbsp to add on top)
It is a breeze to make, all that you need to do is mash the avocado with a fork and mix with the custard, garnish with kiwi slices, toasted nuts and if you are a sweet tooth more custard.

- 1 abacate, descascadas e sem caroço
- 1 kiwi maduro
- frutos secos torrados de fresco
- 3 c.sopa de creme de soja sabor a baunilha
É uma brisa para fazer este doce, é só esmagar o abacate com um garfo e misturar com o creme, servir com fatias de kiwi, frutos secos torrados e um pouco mais de creme de soja por cima.
